On 19 Kids and Counting, Josh and Anna Duggar are expecting their fourth child. They already have a daughter Mackynzie, 5, and two sons, Michael, 3, and Marcus, 1. When the parents go for an ultrasound visit, they turned their heads and had the technician put the gender results in an envelope.
The producers of the TLC show had cupcakes made for the Duggar family. The idea was to surprise Josh and Anna and kids on camera. When they took a bite out of the cupcakes — they would find either a pink filling (for a girl) or blue filling (for a boy). It was pink! The only problem with the big on-camera reveal was that no one was surprised. Josh just keeps reading from the cue cards. 19 Kids and Counting airs Tuesdays at 9pm on TLC.
