On Elementary, Holmes and Watson will investigate the murder of “a professional skeptic, a man who debunked paranormal, religious and scientific phenomenon for a living.” The man is no ordinary skeptic. His murder reveals a threat to homeland security. On a kind of lighter note, Captain Gregson’s daughter Hannah is back in town. The fellow NYPD officer asks Joan Watson for help with a case.
Hannah Gregson is portrayed by Liza J. Bennett. She’s best known for her roles in films including 12 Years a Slave (Mistress Ford), and 5 Flights Up (Mrs. Vincent) with Morgan Freeman and Diane Keaton. Elementary airs Thursdays at 10pm on CBS.
