During rehearsals for The Voice, country legend Reba McEntire steps into the studio to mentor the singers. The reactions to her presence are mixed. Hannah Kirby screams “Reba!” and runs up for a hug. Brian Johnson said he was having a “fangirl” moment. And when Reba introduces herself to Sawyer Fredericks with a handshake, the stoic Sawyer says in his quiet monotone way, “I know who you are.”
The best reaction to Reba was from blue-eyed Joshua Davis. Reba flirts with him. “And a cute smile,” she says. “And when you smile your eyes twinkle. Do that more often. I like that.” Josh blushes and pretends he has something caught in his eye. Bashfully he says to Reba, “I will, I’ll do it every minute for you.” The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
