For the second time in as many weeks a dress has gone viral on the Internet–and for the same reason: viewers can’t decide what they see in it. First it was the color controversy, but the latest involves a news anchor whose neckline seems to mimic part of the male anatomy. Do you see a phallus? Or do you see a crucifix, as some in the comments claim?
Australia’s Ten Eyewitness News anchor Natarsha Belling probably didn’t see either. But someone posted the pic on the UNILAD Facebook page saying “Once you see it, you cannot unsee it…” It’s like a weird Rorschach test. If little else, it brought out the punsters in the comment crowd. “Oh don’t be so hard on her” and “the entire concept is a phallusy” is just a taste.
