Life hasn’t been as easy as usual for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss. Her musical, “A Mother’s Love,” went on tour but came to an abrupt halt because the promoter ran out of money. After a year of marriage to Todd Tucker, she isn’t pregnant as she had hoped and now the couple is seeing a marriage counselor.
On top of everything, Kandi is feeling isolated. The group of Real Housewives of Atlanta continues to divide – it’s NeNe, Phaedra, Porsha against Claudia, Kenya, and Cynthia. Kandi is kind of caught in the middle. Or she can’t decide. Or she’s just too caught up in her own world of worries to be bothered. To make matters worse, Mama Joyce calls her out, too. “Since you’ve been married you don’t come around the family,” Mama Joyce told Kandi. The truth is Kandi hasn’t been spending a lot of time with her mother because she doesn’t want to be around her negative energy. Plus, she can’t talk to her mom about Todd. Kandi said, “There’s just too much going on for me to worry about my mom’s feelings.”
