Jennifer Garner co-stars with Al Pacino in the new movie Danny Collins. Al Pacino plays the title character, an aging singer who still performs his greatest hits in front of crowds of mature ladies. While taking a break, he visits his estranged son (Bobby Cannavale) who’s married to Jennifer Garner. The young couple wants nothing to do with Danny Collins, at first.
While promoting the film, Jennifer Garner said Pacino is “just a vulnerable guy who’s kind of a mess and really funny and disarming. He’s a fascinating, wonderful man and the second you start shooting, he’s so easy in his own skin that you just kind of want to work with him and keep going and going.”
