Apple has made a small change to its keyboard in iOS 8.3 that iPhone users are cheering about. iPhone 6 Plus users especially have thumbed their way to multiple periods–or dots–using Safari due to the space bar’s relatively small size and its proximity to the period.
So Apple scrunched the Go button in iOS 8.3 and gave space more–well it gave space more space. And thumbs more freedom. Now fewer people will feel like taran420, who wrote in a MacRumors forum: “wow and here I kept blaming myself for typing like an idiot.” It’s a tiny thing–quite literally–but it was very un-Apple-like. Now it’s fixed. So “Searches.Don’t.Look.Like.This,” writes Joe Rossignol at MacRumors.
