The king’s cousin, princess Louise of Mantua, is on her way to marry the crown price of Sweden on the BBC America TV show The Musketeers. But of course her journey isn’t a smooth one. She’s attacked by a group of men who were paid to kidnap her but are foiled by the musketeers. Louise is to brought to Paris, but then another attempt is made on her life. So goes the life of a princess!
Louise of Mantua is portrayed by actress Perdita Weeks of Cardiff, Wales. She starred in the 2014 film As Above, So Below and tons of TV mini-series including The Great Fire, Titanic, The Promise, Four Seasons, Lost in Austen, and The Tudors. The Musketeers airs Saturdays at 9pm on BBC America.
