Actress Mila Kunis is modeling a beaded bracelet designed by activist designer Mary Fisher for Gemfields’ new 100 Good Deeds campaign. The bracelet features 100 “ethically mined” Gemfields Zambian amethyst beads. Proceeds (each bracelet retails for $475) goes to the 100 Good Deeds program. Designer Fisher explained, “The movitation behind the 100 Good Deeds collection is to inspire simple acts of kindness around the world.”
Other celebrities who are ambassadors to the brand include Rosie O’Donnell, Naomi Watts, Katie Couric, Susan Sarandon and Cyndi Lauper. The problem with the ad featuring Kunis is that the bracelet is totally outshined by Kunis’ gigantic engagement ring from her fiance Ashton Kutcher. If you can take your eyes off of it, you can learn more about the campaign at the Gemfields website.
