Director Tim Burton (Big Eyes, Edward Scissorhands), and actress Helena Bonham Carter (Fight Club, Planet of the Apes) have split after a 13-year relationship which produced two children whom they will continue to co-parent.
This weekend, Tim Burton was seen backstage after a London performance of Cats, with one of the sexy stars, Nicole Scherzinger. She posted a selfie with Burton on Instagram which captures Carter sneaking up behind them. Fingers crossed that Burton is working on a remake of Cats. A direct-to-video film was made in 1998 but who wouldn’t want to see Burton’s modern take on Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical based on Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot?
