WWE Network lets wrestling fans watch live pay-per-views each month and stream on-demand programming for $9.99 per month. Today, just minutes before launching the network subscription service in the UK, the plug got pulled. The WWE Network announced via Twitter “until futher notice.”
Fans were angry and confused. Many replied to the tweet “is this a joke?” But mums the word at WWE. Adam Medeiros tried to remain calm, he wrote: “omg lol that’s so awful, been reading your tweets and how excited you were for it. they wonder why subs [subscriptions] are low…” ThatAwesomeGuy wrote: “don’t tell us why whatever you do.”
