Touched by an Angel actress Roma Downey will host a new religious reality TV show that focuses on people who claim their prayers have literally been answered. The unscripted show hasn’t been titled yet, but TLC will run it in six installments. Downey’s TV producing husband Mark Burnett will stay behind the camera.
Downey, who is also executive producing the show said “This is a wonderful opportunity to work with TLC and host a series that will inspire and encourage viewers to remember that even in the worst circumstances prayer can lead to divine intervention.” Those who have experienced divine intervention can apply at the Burnetts’ website, LightWorkersMedia.com.
