One of the stars of Real Housewives of New York, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps is moving from her large house in Bridgehampton to her new, smaller home in Sag Harbor. The two tony towns are less than 5 miles from each other. Before the move, the Countess will host an estate sale to sell, well, everything. The buyer of the Bridgehampton home plans to tear down the house. So everything will be for sale – from the paintings hanging on the wall to the kitchen sink!
But don’t call it a garage sale. The Countess, author of the etiquette book Class with the Countess: How to Live with Elegance and Flair, is adamant that it be called an estate sale. Anyone can afford stuff at a garage but not everyone can afford her Lloyd Loom wicker dining chairs and Limoges china. Sale dates are October 24, 25, 26.
