One of the several stars in the TLC reality show 19 Kids and Counting, Jill Duggar is pregnant with her first child. She got married on June 21 and announced her pregnancy eight weeks later. Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, is documenting the early stages of pregnancy by taking a photo of Jill (clothed) every day. He’s posting the photos on Instagram, with the hashtag #babydilly.
Most expecting women wait until at least three months to announce their pregnancies since most miscarriages occur during the first trimester. The parents of #BabyDilly understand that but “believe that every life is precious no matter how young.” At the eleventh week mark, Dillard wrote this caption: “By the end of next week, all of our baby’s body parts, from tooth buds to toenails, will be developing!”
