When not showing massive amounts of PDA with boyfriend R&B singer Jason Derulo, American Idol winner Jordin Sparks has been filming and promoting her new film Left Behind, starring Nicolas Cage. She plays a passenger on a plane piloted by Cage’s character. Left Behind will be released October 3.
Sparks has been looking great on the red carpet but fans are anxious to hear Sparks sing new material. Her last studio album, Battlefield, came out in 2009. Sparks has confirmed that she is recording her third studio album for possible fall release. In May she said: “I just had a really amazing meeting with the label [RCA Records] and everything and I’m pretty sure we’re good to go.” Sparks fans hope so.
