Singer/actress/model Ciara called off her engagement to the rapper Future. Together they have a three-month-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn. Insiders tell Us Weekly that he cheated on her–and they assume she’ll keep the 15-carat diamond ring Future gave her last year.
In April 2014, Future released his second studio album, Honest. It featured guest appearances from Pharrell, Kanye West, Andrew 3000 and Lil Wayne, and debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Although he’ll be without Ciara and short a couple of million bucks–15-carats will cost you–the future for Future looks bright. Simon Vozick-Levinson of Rolling Stone wrote: “Lots of rappers talk about drugs, but Future is one of the few whose music makes you feel like you’re actually on some.”
