In the TV movie First Response, after a robbery gone wrong the ambulance of paramedic Camilla and her partner Gerry is hijacked. Camilla is forced to treat one of the robbers, who is the brother of the gun-wielding guy who hijacked the ambulance. While Gerry drives around the city, Camilla tries to perform dangerous medical procedures to save the brother’s life, and her’s and Gerry’s.

Camilla is portrayed by Dania Ramirez. She’s best known for her roles as Rosie on Devious Maids, Alex on Entourage, Maya on Heroes, and Blanca on The Sopranos. You can see her next on the big screen in the horror flick, Talbot County, which she wrote. Her husband, John Beverly “Bev” Land, directs. First Response will premiere on LMN on August 9 at 8pm. It will air again on August 10 at 12am and August 16 at 6pm.
