CBS is airing A GRAMMY Salute to the Beach Boys on Sunday, April 9, Easter Sunday at 8 pm ET. A star-studded concert is performed by celebrity musicians including John Legend, Brandi Carlile, Common, LeAnn Rimes, Little Big Town, among other household names.
Two young rock stars — Luke Spiller of The Struts and Taylor Momsen of The Pretty Reckless — bring the energy as together they perform the Beach Boys’ famous hit song, ‘Surfing U.S.A.’
As seen above, Spiller rocks a white flared suit and Momsen wears her signature black mini dress and Doc Martens combat boots.
Fun facts about Momsen: before becoming a rock star, she was an actress. She played Cindy Lou Who in the 2000 film How the Grinch Stole Christmas (see below) and Jenny Humphrey on The CW’s teen drama series Gossip Girl.
