In the Season 2 premiere episode of Charmed, “Safe Space,” the three Vera sisters, Mel (Melonie Diaz), Maggie (Sarah Jeffery) and Macy (Madeleine Mantock), take over the duties of the Elders. While Maggie finds time to celebrate her birthday with a big bash, Mel finds herself too preoccupied with their new responsibilities to join in the fun.
