MLB Detroit Tigers pitcher Daniel Norris has a good eye, and not just on the mound. The handsome 26-year-old professional athlete is an impressive photographer, too. Off season, while living in his 1978 Volkswagen Westfalia van, Norris spends a lot of his time shooting landscapes and people. His gorgeous and talented sister, painter Melanie Norris is often a subject.

Occasionally, Melanie’s work in her studio requires a gas mask. She described the project above as “super secret” and gave a hint that the subject is related to Czech painter Frantisek Kupka and his theories on the ether. Swipe to see her in action.
