The 2019-20 season of college football has begun and one of the first big games to be broadcast live is the UCLA vs Cincinnati game on Thursday, August 29 (7 pm, ESPN) at Nippert Stadium. The two schools meet for a rematch of last year’s season opener where the Cincinnati Bearcats scored three touchdowns (RB Michael Warren II rushed for 142 yards) and won 26-17.
The pressure is on UCLA Bruins quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson although a few weeks prior to the big game, the young man from Las Vegas, Nevada looked confident at the UCLA pool.
When he shared the photo above (strutting his stuff in a pair of pink swimming trunks), University of Texas Longhorns quarterback Casey Thompson teased: “know you need bigger shorts!” Thompson-Robinson’s confidence didn’t waiver when he replied to Thompson: “nah short short summer boys 4L.”
Note to Casey Thompson: Last time UCLA played Texas was in 2014, and the Bruins won 20-17. Overall, UCLA is (4-3) against Texas. Just sayin’.
