In the Quantico episode “Hell’s Gate,” the team puts their lives in danger as they protect a former CIA agent and take down a cartel kingpin at the same time. New recruit Celine Fox is on board with the elite FBI black ops team led by Owen Hall (Blair Underwood) and Jocelyn Turner (Marlee Matlin).
Celine Fox is portrayed by Amber Skye Noyes. She’s known for her roles on HBO’s The Deuce with James Franco (Ellen), The Blacklist (Pepper), Beauty and the Beast (Tori Windsor) and the soap opera One Life to Live (Michelle), among others. Quantico airs Thursdays at 10pm on ABC, right after Station 19.
