For Season 9 of MasterChef, each of the three judges (Gordon Ramsay, Aaron Sanchez, Joe Bastianich) will participate in the competition by pitting their team against the teams of the other two chefs. On the season premiere (May 29), each chef will hand out 8 aprons to their favorite home cooks. That means, of the 43 home cooks who show up, only 24 will advance. There are a number of interesting home cooks this season including country singer Jessica Meuse and bikini model Nik Stewart.
Nik Stewart isn’t just a gorgeous bikini model, she’s the founder of the bathing suit company, Nothing But Net. That’s a literal name for her line of itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny string bikinis made of net. The provocative 2-piece suits are made of nylon fishnet. They come with the warning: minimum coverage for the sun, sand and sea, and an incentive to wear the bathing as lingerie at night. MasterChef airs Wednesdays at 8pm on FOX.
