On the Season 4 finale of Empire, “The Empire Unpossess’d,” the Empire ownership bid presentation nears. While Eddie (Forest Whitaker) makes no signs of backing down or folding, Lucious makes a tough decision in order to save Empire and his family. Based on the photo above, Lucious gets down on one knee and proposes to his ex Cookie (Taraji P. Henson). According to FOX, “Cookie reveals a potential upper hand in the power play,” and she’s wearing the right outfit for it.
