In the Little People, Big World Season 13 episode “Any Day Now,” Amy Roloff is about to become a grandmother again. Jeremy and Audrey’s daughter could arrive at any time which is exciting — but Amy also has travel plans with her boyfriend Chris. Of course she doesn’t want to miss the birth of grandbaby #2. (Zach and Tori had their baby boy first.)
To celebrate their one-year anniversary of dating, Amy and Chris decided to jump out of a plane together. When they arrive at the skydiving school, Amy admits that she’s nervous “about peeing in my pants.” Chris had gone a couple of times before, but it was Amy’s first time skydiving. (In Season 6, she took the family indoor skydiving when in Orlando, but that’s different! See video below.) Right before they jump out of the plane at 8,000 feet altitude, Chris tells Amy’s tandem partner, “Take care of my girl.” Amy was touched by that. “He’s not one to just say something to say something,” says Amy (who survived), “I thought that was very heartfelt and it meant a lot to me.” Awww! Little People, Big World airs Tuesdays at 9pm on TLC.
