Nine legendary queens from past seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race are competing in Season 3 of RuPaul’s All Stars Drag Race. Morgan McMichaels and Shangela from Season 2 will vie for the crown against newcomers Aja from Season 9 and Chi Chi Devayne from Season 8. Not all of these queens finished particularly well during their season. Milk, the manly queen from Season 6, for example came in ninth. But Milk isn’t surprised to be in the All Stars Drag Race. “I’ve transformed a lot since my season.”

Since competing in Season 6 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Milk has done a lot of networking and even landed a modeling gig for top fashion designer Marc Jacobs. To promote the Marc Jacobs 2016 Spring Collection which was inspired by Americana, Milk was featured in the 15-second spot below. Milk was asked “What about America inspires you?” Milk answered: “The field I’m in, as a drag queen, being able to travel the country and people are able to enjoy it and be inspired by me while I’m inspired by them, I mean, that’s what it’s about, as cliché as it sounds. Free to be you and me, as Marlo Thomas once said. RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 3 premieres Thursday, January 25th, at 8pm on VH1.
