In the Hallmark movie Royal New Year’s Eve, fashion magazine assistant and aspiring fashion designer Abigail Miller (Cheryl Ladd!) is hired to design a gown for socialite Lady Isabelle Collins (Hayley Sales). The dress is to be worn at a fancy New Year’s Eve party where Isabelle’s fiance is to propose. When Caitlyn meets Isabelle’s fiance Prince Jeffrey (Sam Page), she mistakes him for a model. It’s an awkward beginning that leads to a romantic fairy tale ending.
Caitlyn is portrayed by Jessy Schram. She’s known for her roles on Once Upon a Time (Ashley Boyd aka Cinderella), Nashville (Frankie’s daughter Cash Gray), The Lizzie Borden Chronicles (Nance O’Keefe), Falling Skies (Karen Nadler), Mad Men (Bonnie Whiteside, see photo below), Last Resort (Christine Kendal), and Veronica Mars (Hannah Griffith), among others. Royal New Year’s Eve premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, December 30 at 8pm.
