The Great American Baking Show is back for its third season. The reality TV competition is based on the BBC’s The Great British Bake Off which was judged by the legendary baker Mary Berry. Berry served as one of the two judges on the American Show in 2016, but the Le Cordon Bleu-trained baker will not be a judge for Season 3. The two judges this year are Berry’s former co-host of The Great British Bake Off, Paul Hollywood, and James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini. The show will be hosted by cookbook author Ayesha Curry (wife of NBA MVP Steph Curry) and former football player Anthony Adams.

Although Berry won’t be judging the American show this year, the 82-year-old baking MVP doesn’t seem to be slowing down. In April, she launched a line of ready-made cakes with Finsbury Foods, which are based on some of her original recipes including lemon drizzle, chocolate, carrot and banana fudge flavors. In September, Berry helped open the newest Chesham Grammar School Food Tech kitchen, see photos below. And in October, she released her latest book, Mary’s Household Tips & Tricks (see link above). Plus, you can still catch her on The Great British Bake Off on PBS (Fridays, 9pm). The Great Holiday Baking Show airs on Wednesdays at 9pm on ABC.
