On Week 8 of Dancing with the Stars, Season 25 ,the remaining six couples get to perform twice including a trio with a former DWTS winner or finalists. Lucky man NFL star Terrell Owens and his two-time Mirror Ball Trophy winning partner Cheryl Burke will perform a rumba with Kelly Monaco. Monaco won Season 1 of Dancing with the Stars with professional dance partner Alec Mazo (last time Mazo appeared on DWTS was Season 9). Monaco returns to DWTS as sexy as ever. With Terrell and Cheryl, Kelly dances to the Niall Horan sexy song, “Slow Hands.”
The petite, 5’3” tall Monaco launched her modeling career in 1996 when she sent her photo to Playboy. It was a strategy that worked: she became Playmate of the Month in April 1997. Monaco refers to Playboy and Hugh Hefner as “my start, my soul, my family” (see tribute below). Also in 1997, Monaco launched her acting career. She made her TV debut on Baywatch as rookie lifeguard Susan. (Fun fact: Monaco was also Carmen Electra’s occasional body double as Electra could not swim.) Monaco then landed the role of Sam McCall on the popular soap opera General Hospital for which she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy. Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
