In the Wisdom of the Crowd episode “Denial of Service,” the team works with the San Francisco Police Department to solve a tech-based murder case. The big bump in the road is a cyber-criminal attack on Sophe which cripples the platform. And then the team is ambushed by the FBI who come barging in with a warrant “for everything.” Visitor Prudence Shaw tries to help the team fix the platform.
Prudence Shaw is portrayed by Hannah Marks. She’s known for her roles on Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency (Amanda Brotzman, see below), The Real O’Neals (Mimi), MTV’s Awkward. (Gloria), Necessary Roughness (Lindsay Santino), and Weeds (Harmony), among others. Marks is also recognized for her roles in the films The Amazing Spider-Man (Missy Kallenback) and two with Kristen Stewart — The Runaways (Tammy, see link above and photo below) and Anesthesia (Ella).
