On the Hell’s Kitchen episode “Josh Josh Josh,” many of the chefs are unhappy and tension in the dorms is at an all-time high. When the chefs return to the kitchen, the challenge requires them to work in pairs. They must cook different types of fish on cedar and hickory wood planks. For this specific challenge, Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay asks Chef Ben Ford for help in judging the winner. Chef Ford is known for his “Adventurous Cooking.” He tends to cook outdoors with fire — grilling, smoking, roasting — and for big crowds. He is the owner and chef of Ford’s Filling Station in Los Angeles. There are two annexes too — one in the lobby of the JW Marriott Los Angeles, the other in the Delta Terminal 5 at LAX.
