Trippie is an app that helps users navigate big airports. It was developed by Ryan Diew, a recent college graduate and iOS engineer from Hamilton, New York. Trippie provides interactive maps of airports, and photos, reviews and menus of restaurants in the airport, among other things. Diew (who studied computer science and played NCAA Div 1 basketball for two years at Colgate University!) is pitching his business on the Season 9 premiere of Shark Tank.

Diew already has experience pitching Trippie. In January, Trippie won first place (and $20,000!) in an entrepreneurial competition at Colgate judged by David Fialkow (General Catalyst Partners), Tyler Haney (Outdoor Voices), Peter Boyce (Rough Draft Ventures), Payal Kadakia (ClassPass), and John McNeil (Tesla Motors).
