Emily Luther is the gorgeous blond from Rhode Island who’s competing on The Voice, Season 13. For her Blind Audition Emily dares to sing the George Gershwin song “Summertime” from Porgy & Bess, which has been covered by some of the greatest female singers including Ella Fitzgerald (see link below) and Janis Joplin.
When not on stage performing, Emily can be found with her dog Winnie Cooper. On her Twitter account, she describes herself as “Momma to Winnie Cooper” after singer/songwriter. Or she might be collaborating with someone famous like Charlie Puth. See them together on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. On the show, Ellen announced that she signed them to her record label. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
