In the Cake Boss episode “Helicopters, Hypnosis and Hay Bales,” celebrity baker Buddy Valastro and his team in Hoboken, New Jersey face the challenges of making a helicopter cake with spinning rotors, a giant hot-dog cake, and a farm-related cake.
One week prior to the episode airing, Buddy posted a photo of him and his family cutting a ceremonial ribbon at the Mall of America in Minnesota. See below. The ribbon cutting celebrates the 21st location of Carlo’s Bake Shop. Seven are in New Jersey; 2 in New York, 2 in Pennsylvania; 3 in Texas; 2 in Georgia, the rest are in Connecticut, Florida, Nevada, California, and now Minnesota. And one is in Sao Paulo, Brazil! Cake Boss airs Saturdays at 8pm on TLC.
