It’s round 4 of The Voice Blind Auditions for Season 13. There aren’t many spots left on the coaches teams but Anthony Alexander will be one of the few. For his Blind Audition, Anthony sings the Childish Gambino song “Redbone.” (see link below) The title of the song is slang to describe light-skinned African Americans. The end of the song (the explicit version includes the repetition of the n-word) ends with the lines: “How’d it get so scandalous?/ But stay woke.”
