The Season 8 finale of Shark Tank was a fruitful one for Kevin “Mr. Wonderful” O’Leary. He invested in two successful businesses, the Wine & Design franchise and Bridal Buddy, a slip worn under a wedding dress that allows a bride to go to the bathroom without assistance. The inventor of the Bridal Buddy, Heather Stenlake of Pennsylvania, pitched her business on Shark Tank and asked for a $75,000 investment in exchange for 10 percent equity. After a serious round of negotiations, Stenlake accepted a $75,000 investment from O’Leary and Lori Greiner for 30 percent.
