The Hallmark Channel movie Summer in the Vineyard takes place at Sorrento Farms. (It’s the sequel to the 2016 Hallmark movie Autumn in the Vineyard.) While the vineyard prepares for the biggest annual food and wine festival in their area, the owners of the vineyard — Frankie Baldwin and Nate DeLuca (Brendan Penny) who are now officially a couple — clash. It’s not just their business on the line but their relationship too.
Frankie is portrayed by Rachel Leigh Cook. She’s known for her roles on Perception (Kate Moretti), Psyche (Abigail Lytar), Las Vegas (Penny Posin), and Dawson’s Creek (Devon), among others. Cook is also recognized for her roles in the films Josie and the Pussycats (Josie), She’s All That (Laney Boggs), Get Carter (Doreen), and The Baby–Sitters Club (Mary Anne Spier). Summer in the Vineyard premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, August 12 at 9pm.
