Two fun kid-friendly products are going head-to-head on Steve Harvey’s Funderdome on August 27. First up is the husband and wife team Ad and Sara Vogele, inventors of FED which stands for Fun Eating Devices. After struggling with their son who’s a picky eater, they designed a patent-pending line of fun utensils designed specifically for kids who find mealtime boring. FED utensils are “pull action” grabbers and grips and sporks — not the ordinary spoon or fork.
A 2-pack of FED’s Sporkman sells for $9.99; the Crabby Grabby is $9.99, and Gator Grips is $9.99. And for every Sporkstix sold FED gives two meals to children in need. On Funderdome, FED: Fun Eating Devices is competing against Right Sheers, modified scissors. Steve Harvey’s Funderdome airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC.
