In the Million Dollar Listing New York episode ‘The Kids Aren’t Alright’, Steve Gold deals with misbehaving young clients while Fredrik Eklund meets with the very mature developer Michael Kirchmann who’s behind 25-27 Mercer Street, a 20,000 sq. ft. luxury condo in the very desirable neighborhood of SoHo. (That’s South of Houston Street.) Meanwhile, Ryan Serhant stresses out as he tries to close deals with his new Brooklyn team. Ryan’s new wife Emilia tries to calm him with a facial. “It’s supposed to de-stress you,” she says as she dabs cream on his bearded face.
