Week 7 of Dancing with the Stars is full of drama. The performances have “A Night at the Movies” theme and they’ll be viewed by guest judge Mandy Moore, the choreographer (not the singer/actress on This Is Us). Before Tom Bergeron announces the two couples who will be eliminated, the audience is treated to a performance by the cast of Descendants 2. The sequel to the 2015 film will premiere July 21, 2017 on ABC (and its sister channels Freeform, Lifetime, Disney XD and Disney Channel). Disney star Dove Cameron returns as Mal, the daughter of Maleficent, and Sofia Carson returns too as Evie, the daughter of The Evil Queen.
The Descendants 2 soundtrack, which will feature the lead single, “Ways to Be Wicked”, will be released the same day (July 21). But before that, a Descendants 2 junior novel will be available on June 20! Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
