Tara Brown is the entrepreneur from San Diego, California behind The Sleep Styler, a product that can dry and straighten or curl hair without heat, while you sleep. The Sleep Styler, a set of eight six-inch rollers, is made of absorbent “yoga towel material that wicks moisture out of your hair while remaining dry to the touch.” The rollers are designed to be used on clean wet hair. Like traditional hair rollers, you divide hair into sections and wrap each around the roller, sleep on them (comfortably — without bobby pins or hard plastic claps) and then remove the rollers in the morning. The Sleep Styler Original is available for $39 online.
Brown will try to curl up with a Shark as she pitches her business on Shark Tank (March 3) which airs Fridays at 8pm on ABC.
