The Secret Service Director is portrayed by Kate Butler. She is known for her roles in the films Spivak (Mrs. Mulholland), LBJ (Juanita Roberts), The Stanford Prison Experiment (Mrs. Mitchell), and Bridge to Terabithia (Mary Aarons), among others. She will star in the forthcoming TV series Children of the Machine (Mrs. Burns). Scandal airs Thursdays at 9pm on ABC.
