Jonathan Boos is the entrepreneur behind Wurkin Stiffs, a company that produces Power Stays, a line of collar stays with embedded magnets. Boos pitched Wurkin Stiffs on Shark Tank in 2011. It wasn’t easy. Barbara Corcoran was one of the first sharks to go out and then Boos kept interrupting Daymond John. Remarkably, Boos eventually made a deal with Barbara Corcoran (and reluctant partner Daymond John) for $100,000 in exchange for 40 percent.
