On the NCIS: New Orleans episode ‘Music to My Ears,’ when a petty officer is murdered in her home, Special Agent Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) takes temporary custody of the victim’s nephew who was the one and only witness to the crime. When Agent Percy (Shalita Grant) can’t get in touch with Agent Lasalle (Lucas Black), she shows up at his home. There, she’s surprised to meet a pretty, blond named Melody and her young son Tucker. Turns out Lasalle is the father.
Melody is portrayed by Brianna Brown. She’s known for her roles on Devious Maids (Taylor Stappord), General Hospital (Lisa Niles), Eastsiders (Hillary), Graceland (Kelly Badillo), and True Blood (Leda), among others. Brown got her big break on Judd Apatow’s TV series Freaks and Geeks (she played the cheerleader on the pilot). NCIS: New Orleans airs Tuesdays at 10pm on CBS.
