In the Madam Secretary episode ‘Breakout Capacity, while President Dalton (Keith Carradine) awaits election results, Secretary Elizabeth McCord (Tea Leoni) suspects Iran is in violation of their peace deal with the U.S. On a lighter note, there’s a romance brewing among some of McCord’s staffers. Will the appearance of Daisy’s ex-fiance, lobbyist Win Barrington, put out the flame?
Win Barrington is portrayed by Sam Daly, actor Tim Daly’s son (Tim plays Henry McCord). Sam Daly most recently appeared on the Halloween episode of Modern Family (Darth Vader’s dad). He’s also recognized for his roles on The Astronaut Wives Club (Henry), Hot in Cleveland, and The Office. Madam Secretary airs Sundays at 9:30pm on CBS.
