In The Real Housewives of Atlanta episode ‘Another Spin Around the Block’, Phaedra Parks asks Kenya Moore for help. Through The Phaedra Foundation Phaedra is organizing an overnight camp for children affected by the Flint Michigan Water Crisis. Since Kenya is from Detroit and was a former Miss Michigan, Phaedra assumes Kenya has great ideas.
When Phaedra mentions that the camp is being arranged with the YMCA, Kenya says excitedly, “I learned how to swim at a Y.” Kenya then suggests that maybe she could “teach the girls how to dance.” Kenya adds: “You know what I always really wanted to do is to teach table manners…Or just how to be a lady in a public.” Phaedra tells Kenya she loves the idea but later says, “Kenya is as crazy as a bedbug. But at the end of the day, I can’t take away her accomplishments.” The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8pm on Bravo.
