Season 3 of the docu-series NFL: Undrafted follows six undrafted, former college football players: tight end Laquan McGowan, wide receiver Jakeem Grant, defensive back Mariel Cooper, punter Swayze Waters, linebacker Jeremiah Allison, and quarterback Mike Bercovici.
[Where Is 405-Pound Laquan McGowan From ‘NFL: Undrafted’?]
Mike Bercovici played college football at Arizona State University. He was the starter for the Sun Devils in 2015 as a red-shirt senior. He went undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft but in April 2016, he signed an undrafted free agent deal with the San Diego Chargers. In September he was released by the Chargers. He recently told the hosts of Good Morning Football: “I don’t know if I can make it…but I know I have to be patient.” Like Jeremiah Allison who just took the LSAT, Bercovici is also preparing for a career off the field. According to his Twitter profile: Bercovici is a graduate of the W.P. Carey Business School and the Sandra Day O’Connor Masters Sports Law & Business School, both at ASU. And yes, he’s still dating former ASU cheerleader Jaylee Merrill (see photo below). NFL: Undrafted which airs Tuesdays at 8pm.
