In the WAGS Miami episode ‘What Would Vesus Do?’ Darnell Nicole tells her NFL player fiance Reshad Jones that she wants to be financially independent and start her own business — but Reshad doesn’t think it’s a good idea. After that conversation, the couple doesn’t talk to each other for days. Darnell says, “I’m living upstairs.” When out at a club with Vanessa Cole, Darnell is surprised to see Reshad. “I’m freaking out,” Darnell tells Vanessa. Vanessa moves Darnell off the dance floor and into a private room to talk.
Darnell explains to Vanessa that she’s hurt – after investing the past four years into her relationship with Reshad and their family. Darnell says Reshad seems okay with walking away from it all. He’s “like throwing me away like I’m nothing.” She points to her huge engagement ring and says, “This s—t don’t make nothing better.” She adds, “I’m not going to give up my life for this.
