People are talking about how Blake Griffin picked up teammate Jamal Crawford’s shoe and inadvertently nailed Cory Joseph in the face with it. (Looks like it hurt, too. Crawford is at least a size 13.)
But what’s getting less attention is the absurd second half of the clip. Watch Griffin receive the pass and fake a jumper from about the half court circle. Chances of Griffin knocking one down (or even shooting) from there are about as slim as — well as a player getting hit in the face by a flying shoe in an NBA game. Griffin should have fired it.
