In the Mistresses episode “What Happens in Vegas,” while Alec (Ed Quinn) drops in on Karen (Yunjin Kim) and rocks her world, Harry (Brett Tucker) and Joss (Jes Macallan) get invited to Las Vegas by Harry’s business partner Jonathan Amadi, a rich and successful Persian businessman. When they arrive, they get the red carpet treatment including free massages and $5,000 in chips.
Jonathan is portrayed by Navid Negahban. The Iranian-born actor is known for his roles on The Catch (Qasim Halabi), The Messengers (Prime Minister Nazar), Homeland (Abu Nazir), and 24 (Jamot), among others. Negahban is also recognized for his role in the films American Sniper (Sheikh Al-Obodi), Brothers (Murad), The Stoning of Soraya M. (Ali), and Shakespeare’s Richard III (Sir James Tyrrel), among others. Mistresses airs Mondays at 10pm on ABC.
